Harvey helps clients protect the assets they have spent their lifetimes acquiring from anyone or anything who can take those assets from them. He believes it is 100 times easier to protect assets than getting them back after you lose them.
Harvey is knowledgeable and detailed focused and yet very down to earth. He is an educator at heart, so he's all about answering clients' questions and exploring creative options for creating bulletproof plans for his clients.
In addition to practicing law, Harvey is an adjunct professor of Business Law at McLennan Community College. He also teaches a six-hour Community Education Class each semester on Estate Planning and Asset Protection planning at McLennan Community College. In addition, he is the author of Texas Estate Planning Basics and Common Estate Planning Mistakes People Make and How You Can Avoid Them.
When Harvey isn't practicing or teaching law, you'll find him hanging out with his three sons fishing or playing board games, or riding his motorcycle around Central Texas.
